Rye Neck Lacrosse Coach, Kathleen Regan and staff are holding an instructional lacrosse clinic for Rye Neck Girls!
When: Monday March 4th
Time: 4-5:30pm
Where: Rye Neck Middle School Gymnasium
Who: Girls Grades 3rd-6th

What to bring: sneakers, water, lacrosse stick, mouthguard & goggles

E-LAX Winter Training
E-LAX is excited for the opportunity to work with the Rye Neck Girls Program for the second straight year this winter. During our 10 week program each session will consist of a mixture of high intensity lacrosse training as well as speed and agility training. Our goal for creating this training program was to offer a consistent experience on a week to week basis where the kids can show up with their teammates and improve both individually and as a group all while having a great time.
