-  Weekends in January & Febuary at the Rye Neck High School Athletic Center

-  Boys grades 3-6 program will offer small-sided scrimmages similar to Flex6 or Speed Lacrosse

-  Girls grades 3-8 program features a full indoor training cycle with paid coaching
